NovoMCP is the computational chemistry engine for drug discovery and materials science, reached through several surfaces: AI assistants (MCP), the REST API, the NovoWorkbench desktop app, the Chrome extension, and the Word add-in. However you use it, this is where to get help.

Email support@novomcp.com for technical help, account and billing questions, or bug reports. Please include your account email and, where relevant, the surface (Word add-in, Chrome extension, REST API, or MCP) plus a SMILES string or request that reproduces the issue.
Typical response time is one business day.

Account & API keys
Two ways to run NovoMCP: self-hosted (free, open source, the engine mints its own keys via its auth service), or cloud deployment (contact for pricing, keys are provisioned during onboarding on your dedicated subdomain).
Add-ins (Word & Chrome)
The Word add-in and Chrome extension read only the SMILES strings you explicitly select. The rest of your document or page stays on your machine. Paste your NovoMCP API key into the add-in once and your selections are profiled in place. If a tab shows a gate state (“Compute tier required”), that endpoint needs a Compute key. Everything else works on a free Core key.
For add-in issues (install, key entry, a tab not populating), email support@novomcp.com and include your Word or Chrome version and the surface.
Privacy & security
See the privacy policy, terms, and security practices. Only the SMILES you select leaves your machine. All other document and page content stays local.
